Dear Families

As we celebrate Fathers’ Day I want to express my gratitude for all of our Dads and the example they are to our communities of faith. Your involvement in our parish communities is a great gift not only to your own children but to the rest of the community as well. We hold you in our prayers in a special way this weekend, but know that we give thanks to God for you on and on-going basis.

Speaking of Fathers, I want to say a special word of thanks to the Fathers who work with us each week as presiders over our community. Thank you to Fr. Armando, Fr. Joseph, and Fr. Alex in particular. We are grateful for their ministry among us and their “fatherly” role in our lives. I know how much they care for you and am grateful to God for their priesthood. We continue to pray for our priests and pray for more vocations to the priesthood. We will all be down in Ocean Shores this week for our annual Priest Days. Please pray for us and all the priests of the Archdiocese. We love what we do and are grateful for the calling we have received. Blessings on your week.

Yours in Christ,

Fr. Scott Connolly, Pastor
