Dear Families
The staff is getting ready to set the calendar for the coming year. We will actually be working on the calendar from July, 2023 through the end of the year (December, 2024 ). In other words, we’d like to get things done for the next 18 months. Our Calendaring Day is set for May 4 th . We have already had so many requests for weddings and Quinceañeras for the summer of 2024 that we decided we needed to make plans for all the other parish activities. If you are a member of a group who normally schedules activities at our four parishes, please submit the plans you hope to schedule and we’ll do our best to put it in the calendar. The sooner we can get these dates, the less conflicts we’ll have. We want to know when you will be meeting (regular meeting dates) as well as the “big” activities you wish to offer. We’re going to do our best to avoid conflicts and help things move smoothly. Now that we have come out of covid, we have a lot more going on and we want to plan for it as best we can.

El personal se está preparando para establecer el calendario para el próximo año . De hecho, estaremos trabajando en el calendario desde julio de 2023 hasta fin de año (diciembre de 2024 ). En otras palabras, nos gustaría hacer las cosas durante los próximos 18 meses. Nuestro día calendario está fijado para el 4 de mayo. Ya hemos recibido tantas solicitudes de bodas y Quinceañeras para el verano de 2024 que decidimos que necesitábamos hacer planes para todas las demás actividades de la parroquia. Si es miembro de un grupo que normalmente programa actividades en nuestras cuatro parroquias, envíe los planes que espera programar y haremos todo lo posible para incluirlo en el calendario. Cuanto antes podamos obtener estas fechas, menos conflictos tendremos. Queremos saber cuándo se reunirán (fechas regulares de reunión), así como las "grandes" actividades que desea ofrecer. Haremos todo lo posible para evitar conflictos y ayudar a que las cosas fluyan sin problemas. Ahora que hemos salido del covid, tenemos mucho más en marcha y queremos planificarlo lo mejor que podamos.

Bây giờ chúng tôi đã ra khỏi covid, chúng tôi còn nhiều việc phải làm và chúng tôi muốn lên kế hoạch cho nó một cách tốt nhất có thể.
