Dear Families

                This weekend as we celebrate Pentecost we also focus on Memorial Day . We remember the lives that were lost in protecting our freedoms and acknowledge those who mourn their loss. Please take some time this weekend to pray for the souls of those who have gone before us and await the kingdom. If you are able to attend one of our Memorial Day Masses on Monday, May 29 ^th , you’d be most welcome. The theme this year is: “Serving God and Country:  A Memorial Day Salute to Our Heroes.” The schedule of Memorial Day liturgies at Associated Catholic Cemeteries is as follows:

10:30am – Memorial Day Mass in English at Calvary, Gethsemane, Holyrood, St. Patrick

1:00pm – Mass in Korean, 현충일 미사  at Holyrood

1:00pm – Mass in Vietnamese, Thánh lễ Tưởng Niệm at Gethsemane

Queridas familias

                Este fin de semana, mientras celebramos Pentecostés , también nos enfocamos en el Día de los Caídos . Recordamos las vidas que se perdieron protegiendo nuestras libertades y reconocemos a quienes lloran su pérdida. Tómese un tiempo este fin de semana para orar por las almas de aquellos que nos han precedido y esperan el reino. Si puede asistir a una de nuestras Misas del Día de los Caídos el lunes 29 de mayo, será bienvenido. El tema de este año es: "Servir a Dios y a la patria: un saludo del Día de los Caídos a nuestros héroes". El horario de las liturgias del Día de los Caídos en los Cementerios Católicos Asociados es el siguiente:

10:30 am – Misa del Día de los Caídos en inglés en Calvary, Gethsemane, Holyrood, St. Patrick

13:00 – Misa en coreano, 현충일 미사 en Holyrood

13:00 – Misa en vietnamita, Thánh lễ Tưởng Niệm en Getsemaní

Ông Bà Anh Chị Em thân mến!

                Cuối tuần này khi GX chúng ta kỷ niệm Lễ Ngũ tuần ,  chúng ta cũng tập trung vào Lễ Ngày Tưởng niệm các Chiến Sỹ Trận Vong . Chúng ta nhớ đến những sinh mạng Anh Linh đã mất trong việc bảo vệ tự do cho đất nước, và cũng thừa nhận những người đã nắm xuống là niềm thương tiếc trong sự mất mát của chính họ và gia đình. Xin hãy dành chút thời gian vào cuối tuần này để cầu nguyện cho mọi linh hồn của những người đã đi trước chúng ta và chờ đợi ngày quang vinh trong Nước Trời. Nếu ông bà anh chị em có thể tham dự một trong những Thánh lễ Ngày Tưởng niệm trong giáo xứ chúng ta vào Thứ Hai, ngày 29 tháng Năm, OBACE sẽ được chào đón nhiều nhất. Chủ đề năm nay là: "Phục vụ Thiên Chúa và Đất nước: Kỷ niệm Ngày Tưởng nhớ đến các Anh hùng đã hy sinh cho đất nước và cho chúng ta." Lịch trình phụng vụ Ngày Tưởng niệm tại các Nghĩa trang Công giáo Liên kết như sau:

10:30 sáng - Thánh lễ Ngày Tưởng niệm bằng tiếng Anh tại Calvary, Gethsemane, Holyrood, St. Patrick

1:00 chiều - Thánh lễ bằng tiếng Hàn,  Thánh lễ Ngày Tưởng niệm tại Holyrood

1:00pm – Mass in Vietnamese, Thánh lễ Tưởng Niệm at Gethsemane
