Last year we decided to celebrate our Stations of the Cross and meatless suppers at each of our four parishes on a rotating basis. We had such a positive response that we decided to do the same thing again this year. Next Friday, February 16th, we start with our first celebration of the Stations at St. Edward Parish along with a Fish Fry afterward hosted by the Knights of Columbus. We will begin with the Stations at 6 pm and then move to the Parish Hall downstairs for the Fish Fry.
During the Stations of the Cross this year, Fr. Armando and I have decided to offer the Sacrament of Reconciliation while the community prays. Either Fr. Armando or I (or both of us) will be in the Reconciliation Chapel to celebrate the sacrament with anyone who would like to avail themselves. Here is the schedule of dates and places for the following Fridays of Lent along with who will lead us in the Stations and help us with the supper afterward:

March 8 St. Paul (Parish Community)

El año pasado decidimos celebrar nuestro Vía Crucis y cenas sin carne en cada una de nuestras cuatro parroquias de forma rotativa. Tuvimos una respuesta tan positiva que decidimos volver a hacer lo mismo este año. El próximo viernes, 16 de febrero, comenzamos con nuestra primera celebración de las Estaciones en la Parroquia de St. Edward junto con un Fish Fry luego organizado por los Caballeros de Colón. Comenzaremos con las Estaciones a las 6 pm y luego nos trasladaremos al Salón Parroquial de abajo para el Fish Fry.
Durante el Vía Crucis de este año, el P. Armando y yo hemos decidido ofrecer el Sacramento de la Reconciliación mientras la comunidad ora. El P. Armando o yo (o ambos) estaremos en la Capilla de la Reconciliación para celebrar el sacramento con cualquiera que quiera aprovecharlo. Aquí está el calendario de fechas y lugares para los siguientes viernes de Cuaresma junto con quiénes nos guiarán en las Estaciones y nos ayudarán con la cena posterior:

Năm ngoái, chúng tôi đã quyết định luân phiên cử hành các chặng Đàng Thánh Giá và các bữa ăn tối không thịt tại mỗi giáo xứ trong số bốn giáo xứ của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi đã nhận được phản hồi tích cực đến mức chúng tôi quyết định làm lại điều tương tự trong năm nay. Thứ Sáu tới, ngày 16 tháng 2, chúng ta bắt đầu với lễ kỷ niệm đầu tiên tại các Trạm tại Giáo xứ St. Edward cùng với Lễ hội Cá chiên sau đó do Hiệp sĩ Columbus tổ chức. Chúng ta sẽ bắt đầu với các Trạm lúc 6 giờ chiều và sau đó di chuyển đến Hội trường Giáo xứ ở tầng dưới để thưởng thức món Cá chiên.
Trong các chặng Đàng Thánh Giá năm nay, Cha. Armando và tôi đã quyết định ban Bí tích Hòa giải trong khi cộng đoàn cầu nguyện. Hoặc là Fr. Armando hoặc tôi (hoặc cả hai chúng tôi) sẽ ở Nhà nguyện Hòa giải để cử hành bí tích với bất kỳ ai muốn tận dụng. Đây là lịch trình về ngày và địa điểm cho các Thứ Sáu Mùa Chay tiếp theo cùng với ai sẽ dẫn chúng ta đến các Trạm và giúp chúng ta chuẩn bị bữa tối sau đó:
